Breakfast in hotel and guided visit to a cheese factory producing Parmiggiano cheese, guided visit to of a prosciutto di Parma. Typical lunch in a traditional restaurant (including Parma ham tasting). Guided tour of the Castle of Torrechiara. Overnight (and maybe dinner at Salsamaggiore). National Hotel *** or similar
Day 4: CALORNO AND CASTLE FONTANELLATO
